BriefBuddy offers a complimentary 2-hour recording trial upon account creation. Additional recording time can be purchased within the app.

How can I get the best results from BriefBuddy?
To get the best results from BriefBuddy, we recommend:
1. Get your recording device as close as possible to the person speaking.
2. Use the best audio recording device you have.
3. Speaking clearly and concisely.
4. Avoiding background noise.
5. Avoiding speaking over other people.
What happens to my recordings after I delete them?
Once you delete a recording, it is permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered.
What happens if some malfunction occurs during my recording?
Since BriefBuddy is new App, we are still working on improving the app. Therefore, errors may occur during your recording. If a malfunction occurs during your recording, please contact us at briefbuddy.ca@gmail.com, and we will be happy to help you.
